Mitayo RZ is the first sweet pepper variety in the TATAYOYO concept line, known for delivering exceptional flavor driven by a distinctive aroma profile and a high Brix level (average Brix: 10).
This variety combines strong plant vigor with a balanced habit, making it ideal for both high-tech greenhouse systems and low-tech cultivation environments. Mitayo RZ ensures consistent fruit quality throughout the production cycle. The fruits average 65 grams in weight and measure approximately 7–9 cm in length and 4–5 cm in width.
