79-374 RZ is a multi-leaf lettuce of the oakleaf type for outdoor production. This type can be used for wholehead harvesting. This type has enough vigour year round. 79-374 RZ shows delayped pinking after processing. It also has the Knox trait and is faster bolting than Cousteau RZ.
