Description
Leek variety for late autumn and early winter. With very dark flag color, short transition and firm, bright white shanks, this gives a very high quality leek. The yield is good and cleaning speed is excellent. Volutus is short type and stays always short, which is appreciated in most fresh markets. This makes it suitable for 60 cm and 40 cm shortened leeks. The postharvest shelflife is good.
