Variety adapted to many climates and cultivation areas with a strong root system. Has excellent self cover and yields smooth, heavy and dense curd for fresh market use. Produces nice tight florets with short stems ideal for processing purposes. Performs best mid-summer to autumn harvest in Santa Maria.
