Because of the growth of the lettuce market worldwide, we now have a vacancy for an International Crop Coordinator Lettuce. The residence for this international position can be either France (Arámon) or The Netherlands (De Lier).
Knowledge and vision
As a crop coordinator you are the most important link between the market and the global crop organisation. Your knowledge of lettuce and your vision on the market developments means that you will have an important voice in decision making and developing strategies. As a crop coordinator you will participate in international meetings regarding lettuce. You will have to gather market information and product knowledge by visiting reference markets and trials. With this information you develop ideas on product development. You will advise the management on future lettuce strategy.
Entrepreneurial attitude
You have a Bachelor or a Master Degree in agriculture and a strong background in vegetable production with knowledge of lettuce crops. You have a lot of experience in international collaboration. Besides you have an entrepreneurial attitude, you are a teamworker and you are also able to maintain the contacts in our international organization. You are fluent in both English and French. Your residence will be The Netherlands or France, but you are willing to travel a lot.
