Crop recording is vital for many growers in helping them run their nursery. It is the best method for watching over the progress of their nursery and for comparing their results with those of fellow growers. Many growers have been using Rijk Zwaan's 'paper' recording possibilities for years but with CropsOnline we have made things even easier for you.

Especially for growers of our own varieties, Rijk Zwaan has developed an Internet application called 'Cropsonline', which is an easy way to record crop information, totally free of charge. The only thing you need is a computer with a connection to the Internet. In terms of time it costs very little to key in your weekly data and make your comparisons. It could not be faster or easier!

Quick and easy
CropsOnline has been tried out by growers and is totally geared to you as the user. Your personal acces code takes you immediatley to the records page via the Rijk Zwaan website, where you simply enter and save your crop data evey week. CorpsOnline will then automatically calculate all averages and cumulative figures, such as plant height, production and number of fruits.

Possibilities
What do you get in return for recording your crop's details for a whole season? CropsOnline offers you two standard overviews as well as tailored advice: Find out what the strong and weak points are in your nursery. In the group overview, all data of nurseries growing the same variety have been processed. This will enable you to make informed comparisons between your results and those of your fellow growers. Guard the progress made on your nursey. In the crop overview, only the listing of your own crop data is visible. This enables you to make any necessary crop adjustments in good time. Your Rijk Zwaan cultural advisor is able to base his advice and recommendations on your crop's records. Your nursery details are, naturally, treated with discretion.


Make the figures come alive
With CropsOnline it is possible for you to combine the figures in the overview to create a graph. You could, for instance, combine production with gas consumption and let the lines speak for themselves. Draw your own conclusions. The graph can tell you a lot about the connection between the various crop details and gives you the chance to make any adjustments to the crop in good time. It is also possible to compare nurseries, using the graphs.
